Cookie Policy
3SETS uses cookies for one thing: keeping you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers on this website.
Why you are not asked to accept them
UK law — the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations — requires your consent before a site stores anything on your device that is not strictly necessary for a service you asked for.
Every cookie we set is strictly necessary. Without them, signing in would not work and your basket would empty on every page. So there is nothing to consent to, and asking would be theatre: a choice you do not have, dressed up as one.
If we ever add anything that is not strictly necessary — analytics, for instance — you will be asked properly first, with a genuine option to refuse, and this page will say so before it happens.
The cookies we set
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token |
Holds your signed-in session, so the site knows who you are between pages. Split across numbered cookies when it is too large for one. | Until you sign out, or one year |
sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier |
A short-lived value used while confirming an email link or resetting a password, so the link cannot be replayed by someone else. | Minutes |
They are set by Supabase, which provides our accounts and database, and they are readable only by this site.
What we do not set
- No advertising cookies. We do not advertise to you and we do not let anyone else.
- No analytics. We do not measure your visit, and no page-view of yours is recorded anywhere.
- No social media pixels, no Facebook, no Google Tag Manager, nothing of that kind.
- No cross-site tracking. Nothing we set is readable by another website.
Stripe
When you reach checkout, the card form is served by Stripe inside its own frame. Stripe sets its own cookies there to detect fraud and to make the payment work. That is Stripe's processing, described at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal, and it happens only on the checkout page.
Other storage
The site may keep small preferences in your browser's local storage — for example, that you have read the cookie notice. That never leaves your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Turning them off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking ours will stop you signing in, because that is what they are for.
